As of now, we anticipate delays in shipments and recommend the usage of tracked shipping on all orders.

Unfortunately most carriers are not offering guaranteed delivery times for shipments.

We will not refund shipping costs on any delays in shipments.

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can track your shipments in My Account.

Please note: In most cases, we do not refund shipping costs if a product arrives later than expected.

CAN I SPLIT AN ORDER TO GO TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
In-stock items will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 3-5 business days before shipping. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
